1.) To the best of our knowledge and belief at the time of sale, the health and temperament of this dog is excellent. The required vaccinations and wormings are as indicated on the health record. We advise the Buyer however, to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian of Buyers choice within 72 hours after receipt of the dog. We recommend you take a stool sample with you. If the veterinarian finds the dog to be in poor health, the dog must be immediately returned to us at the expense of Buyer, for a replacement of equal value, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon. Failure to see a veterinarian within 72 hours will void all guarantees. No further guarantee is made.

2.) 5 year 100% Bumper to Bumper satisfaction guarantee for all genetic defects. This is a replacement guarantee only, for a puppy/dog of equal value at time of purchase, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.

3.) The Buyer agrees to maintain preventative care of the puppy/dog in regards to hip/elbow dysplasia, such as proper nutrition, proper exercise, and preventing stress injuries. If the dog develops crippling hip or elbow dysplasia (confirmed by x-rays from a competent licensed veterinarian), the dog should be returned to us at the expense of the buyer. We will replace the dog (due to crippling hip/elbow dysplasia) as soon as possible with a replacement of equal value at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to request that the x-ray be sent first for review by a board certified veterinary radiologist or other veterinarian of our choice. Should the buyer prefer to retain the said dog, the buyer thereby forfeits any replacement, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.

4.) Buyer understands the puppy/dog has heretofore been feed a raw diet consistent with BARF and that Kreative Kennels encourages buyer to continue based on research and beliefs consistent with Kreative Kennels. Should Buyer elect to feed a diet not consistent with Kreative Kennels, Buyer understands Kreative Kennels cannot be held responsible for health problems in the puppy/dog as a result of such dietary changes.

5.) If delivery is requested by Buyer, it shall be air freight prepaid to a designated location. Buyer is solely responsible for cost of freight charges in addition to purchase price of puppy/dog.

6.) Buyer agrees to allow Seller the right of first refusal should Buyer decide to sell, relinquish or transfer puppy/dog.

7.) All sales are final and deposits are non-refundable. Deposits on animals are valid for 30 days or 10 weeks of age, failure to maintain proper contact and/or remit timely lease payments will result in forfeiture of said deposit. Deposit can be placed on a different puppy/dog after forfeiture when mutual agreements are made.

This contract applies to the original puppy/dog only and is nontransferable to a second party.

Please note: AKC registration may take up to 6 months to deliver. Foreign registration may take up to eight months.

The entire agreement between the parties is contained here-in. In the event of a dispute, California will have jurisdiction over the matter.
